Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship in the U.S.

How much does shipping cost?

Within the 50 U.S. states shipping is free.

When will my first package ship?

We ship our packages within the first 7 days of each month. If you made your order by the 1st of the month it will be included with the shipment that month.

When will I receive my package?

We ship our packages within the first 7 days of each month. Once the packages leave our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for a timely (1-3 working days) delivery. Watch for email notifications with tracking info.

What happens if my package was lost or stolen?

Email us at support@mapcandy.com and we will assist you.

Billing

When am I charged for my purchase?

A customer subscribed to a monthly plan on the 1st will always be billed on the 1st. A different customer subscribed to that same plan starting on the 12th will always be billed on the 12th. Gifts are charged the same way until customer’s chosen duration is over.

What is your return policy?

MapCandy packages and its contents are not eligible for return. In the rare case that you received a damaged item, please email us at support@mapcandy.com within 7 days of receiving that package with a picture of your damaged item and we would be happy to assist you.

Allergies

Can you accommodate food allergies?

The ingredients of our snacks and candies are listed for each individual package. We remind you that some products are manufactured in a facility that also handles peanuts and other common allergens. If you have severe food allergies to common foods, MapCandy may not be right for you.

How do I change my shipping or billing address?
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on “Addresses”
  3. Click on “Edit” located above the address you would like to edit
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on “View” next to the subscription you would like to edit
  4. Click on “Pause Subscription” or if you’d like to cancel, click on “Cancel Subscription”

If you paused your subscription, it will resume automatically after 30 days. You may contact us at support@mapcandy.com for further questions.

How do I edit my shipping address for a current subscription or gift (3+ months)?
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on “View” next to the subscription you would like to edit
  4. Click on “Edit Address”
